Cancellation policy:
You may cancel treatment at any time without penalty until the job is booked and confirmed. Once job is booked and confirmed there is a 10% nonrefundable booking fee of the order treatment value not including prepaid tips.
Prepaid tips will be 100% reimbursed
If you have booked a treatment and are not medically cleared to receive treatment you are eligible for 100% reimbursement.
If staff is unsuccessful starting IV, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

-18 years or older. Under the age of 18 requires parental consent.
-prior to treatment patient must be medically cleared to receive treatment; valid for 2 years unless reported changes in health that require reassessment.
-some infusions may require lab work prior to treatment.
