Dr. Darcy Mainville is board certified in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care Anesthesia, and Neurocritical Care. He currently practices in multiple intensive care units across Southern California, with clinical experience spanning academic and community hospitals. After completing medical school, residency, and a fellowship at Loma Linda University, he went on to serve as both an attending physician and a mentor to medical residents and fellows in high-acuity care settings.
Before entering medicine, Dr. Mainville earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering Technology, building a strong foundation in problem-solving and systems thinking that continues to shape his clinical approach.
As the Medical Director of IVwithME, Dr. Mainville brings a decade of frontline emergency and critical care experience to the world of outpatient IV wellness. His hands-on clinical background ensures safety, quality, and evidence-based oversight for all IV treatments provided by our team.
When he’s not in the ICU or on the slopes, Dr. Mainville enjoys spending time with his family, working on home renovation and carpentry projects, or watching and going to hockey games.
He’s excited to be part of the IVwithME team and looks forward to helping clients live and feel their best.
