You can cancel treatment at any time without penalty until the job is booked and confirmed. Once job is booked and confirmed there is a 15% nonrefundable booking fee of the ordered treatment value not including prepaid tips. 

• Prepaid tips will be 100% reimbursed 
• If you have booked a treatment and are not medically cleared to receive your ordered treatment you are eligible for 100% reimbursement.
• If staff is unsuccessful starting IV, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation fee unless you are willing to try rebooking with alternative stuff.

Prior to treatment you must be medically cleared to receive treatment; valid for 2 years unless reported changes in health require reassessment. 

Some infusions may require lab work prior to treatment.

Currently we can only accept cash, debit card, major credit cards, FSA and HSA.

NAD+ can be uncomfortable and therefore infusion times vary per patient. Infusions can last up to 2 hours or more. 

NAD+ can be very uncomfortable. However, symptoms only last for the duration of the infusion. Some people experience feelings of fullness in their head, anxiety, pressure like feeling in the chest or lower GI tract, heavy legs, or acid reflux.

NAD+ is promoted for it’s anti-aging benefits. It protects cells from stress, maintaining healthy sleep cycles and helping cells repair damaged DNA. It has been shown to be most beneficial in those over the age of 35. 

IV infusion has a 100% absorption rate compared to oral supplements at about 30-40% absorption. Your G.I. tract destroys most of the supplements you take decreasing their effectiveness.

Treatments are run as a bolus, they infuse by gravity, and can infuse anywhere from 15 minutes- 45 minutes.

We pride ourselves in excellence and experience. All of our nurses have proficient IV skills having either worked in an ER for 5+ years or other positions requiring proficiency in IV skills.

The insertion of the angiocatheter can cause some discomfort but once the infusion is running you should not feel any pain or discomfort, if you do notify your nurse immediately. It is not uncommon for you to taste the vitamins.

Depending on the treatment ordered it is safe to receive them 2-3 times per week. More commonly patients order treatments monthly or bimonthly for maintenance. 

We come to you! Whether it’s your home, place of business, campground, or training facility, we can be there. 

Appointments are preferred but we strive to accommodate all bookings ASAP.

The phones are open from 8am-6pm. Dependent on staff availability, appointments could be scheduled outside of those hours.

We factor travel expenses into our pricing, however depending on where you're located an additional travel charge may be added.

$50 travel fee

$150 travel fee higher fees may apply depending on exact location
